The Refuge Group is a collective of family-owned businesses, headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi. We represent a diverse portfolio of operating businesses and investments across the United States. Our holdings are primarily focused in transportation, insurance, and professional services.

At our core, we are passionate about helping small businesses succeed. We believe that small businesses are the backbone of our economy and are committed to investing in and supporting their growth. We take pride in our ability to identify promising companies and help them achieve their full potential.

When we invest in a company, we put the full weight and energy of our team behind the idea to help the organization reach its highest potential. We leverage in-house marketing, finance, accounting, legal and IT talent to provide partners with a sophisticated back office that accelerates growth.

We are not margin-centric investors, we are motivated to partner with our companies for the long term to navigate strategic and operational challenges, drive transformation, and deliver high-growth revenue opportunities.

We are proud of our history and excited about our future. We are committed to building long-term relationships with our team members, partners, and customers, and we look forward to continuing to create value for all of our stakeholders.
