Elaha W.

Elaha W. currently serves as a Senior Programme Manager for Children and Young People at Refuge, where leadership includes oversight of children and young people services and projects while collaborating with fundraising teams for sustainable funding. Previous roles include Children’s Programme Lead at Refuge, Board Trustee and Designated Safeguarding Lead at Springboard Youth Academy, and Project Manager at AVA, focusing on gender-based violence initiatives. Elaha has also held positions such as Systems Change and Practice Development Lead at SafeLives, Youth Tech Lead, and Economic and Tech Abuse Lead at Refuge. Additional experience encompasses advocacy and outreach for vulnerable populations across various organizations, including Changing Pathways and IKWRO. Elaha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Kingston University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Understanding Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence at Goldsmiths, University of London.
