Lyndsay Devonshire

Lyndsay Devonshire currently serves as the Deputy Director of People and Culture at Refuge, where responsibilities include leading organizational design, succession planning, and managing a team of seven. Prior to this role, Lyndsay was the Head of HR at the National Portrait Gallery, overseeing HR strategy and stakeholder management while leading a team in various HR functions. Previous experience includes positions as Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, and HR and Recruitment Officer at the National Portrait Gallery, as well as HR roles at the Royal Opera House and the InterContinental Hotels Group. Lyndsay began a career in recruitment at the Department for Transport, supporting the recruitment process for Senior Civil Servants. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Brighton.
