David Weaver

David Weaver has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles in various organizations. David began their career at Peace Corps as a Public Health Volunteer from May 2004 to July 2006. David then joined Church World Service in January 2007, where they served as a Caseworker and Field Team Leader until June 2008. David subsequently held the position of Pre-USCIS Operations Supervisor until June 2009, before becoming the Deputy Director for Operations until April 2011. From April 2011 to January 2014, they took on the role of Deputy Director for Administration at RSC Africa.

In 2014, David Weaver transitioned to RefugePoint and worked as the Associate Director for Finance and Administration until January 2016. David then became the Director of Finance and Administration, a role they held until December 2021. Currently, they occupy the position of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer from January 2022 at RefugePoint.

David Weaver obtained their Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Goshen College between 1998 and 2002.
