RefugeRoot Foundation of Canada is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting vulnerable children and building sustainable solutions around them. We focus especially on early childhood (ages 0–5), where safety, nutrition, and stability shape lifelong outcomes.

Working with local partners in Benin, Togo, and beyond, RefugeRoot develops practical initiatives that strengthen communities over the long term—combining child protection, food security, education, and dignified livelihoods. Our projects include sustainable farming and fish-farming initiatives, safe shelter and care for abandoned children, and programs that expand access to learning and creative development.

Guided by values of dignity, stewardship, and accountability, we aim to turn compassion into measurable, lasting impact—serving communities with transparency, local partnership, and long-term commitment.
