We understand first-hand the challenges faced when looking for and once you have purchased a property. From assessing how many rooms or flats it’s feasible to obtain, to knowing what structural issues to be on the lookout for. Our founders have a real in-depth knowledge and years of experience in all aspects of property.

There are many Property Investment courses out there teaching you different strategies such as rent 2 rent and how to source property, but none give you the tools to assess if the property you’re looking to buy will work for what you’re planning to do with it. How to carry the refurb through from beginning to end reducing the risk of a project overrunning both in time and cost.

Our course is one of a kind in the Property Training industry, everything you need to know from pre-purchase to handing it over to the letting agent will be covered, no further course upsells.

Over a 6-month period, our property assessment and refurb training will include all the knowledge and experience from our founders and industry experts.
