RefurbishMint is an active transformation practice and platform led by Nicole Ponzio. It brings together executive leadership, advisory work, writing, creative practice, environments, and future expressions through one consistent philosophy: helping people, organizations, environments, and ideas become more fully what they are capable of becoming.

The practice works across two connected domains. Transformation in Organizations focuses on enterprise change, AI readiness, product and platform strategy, experience transformation, operating models, and executive capability. Transformation in Human Experience explores how spaces, rituals, objects, stories, and creative practice can support more intentional ways of living and becoming.

RefurbishMint began in 2014 as a shared creative and operational venture created by Nicole Ponzio and Heathcliff Hippert. Nicole brought a human-centered approach to experience, environments, brand, and design. Heathcliff brought deep experience in project management, construction, fabrication, and craftsmanship. Together, they developed work spanning furniture, lighting, interiors, custom building, creative objects, and a Southern California showroom and retail experience.

That original chapter established a lasting belief that the conditions surrounding people shape how they feel, behave, connect, and grow. Its emphasis on craft, restoration, materiality, nature, and lived experience remains part of RefurbishMint’s foundation.

Today, Nicole extends that philosophy beyond physical environments into organizations, systems, experiences, and emerging forms of work. RefurbishMint now operates as an advisory practice, publishing platform, and creative ecosystem while preserving the shared design studio and showroom chapter as an essential part of its lineage.
