Amy Fulton

Amy Fulton is a Nakayama Public Service Scholar at Duke University, where they are pursuing a Master's in Global Health after completing a Bachelor's in Neuroscience. They serve as a research assistant in both neurosurgery and global health labs, focusing on traumatic brain injury and Moyamoya disease. In addition to their academic endeavors, Amy works as a firefighter and EMT-A, and actively participates in advocacy and activism for global health causes. They also teach EMS topics and support incoming students from underrepresented backgrounds in STEM through mentorship programs.
