Apoorv Kumar

Apoorv Kumar is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the fintech industry. Currently serving as Cofounder and CTO at Refyne India since January 2021, Apoorv Kumar plays a pivotal role in Asia's largest earned wage access platform, supported by top fintech venture capital firms. Prior to this, Apoorv Kumar was the VP of Technology and founding member at Shubhloans from July 2017 to November 2019, where expertise in geo-analytics and natural language processing helped develop next-gen lending systems and fully compliant loan management platforms. Additionally, Apoorv Kumar worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from May 2013 to June 2017, leading teams in the development of high-performance trading systems. Earlier experience includes an internship at Qualcomm focused on low-level hardware APIs. Apoorv Kumar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from IIT Guwahati, completed in 2013.
