Shreyas Navada

Shreyas Navada is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Refyne India since September 2025, where Shreyas drives the technology vision and architectural strategy for a leading employee financial wellness platform. Prior to this role, Shreyas held various positions at MediBuddy from November 2020 to August 2025, including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager, and played a critical role in scaling DocsApp from inception to millions of users between June 2017 and October 2020 as a Tech Lead. Shreyas began the career as a Senior Software Developer at DocsApp.in from July 2014 to June 2017 and started as a Software Developer at BeeHyv Software Solutions Private Limited from June 2012 to June 2014. Shreyas holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, graduated in 2012.
