Lawrence Charles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2008, they joined Devitt Insurance Services Ltd as a Sales and Customer Services Advisor and later became a Sales and Customer Service Team Leader, responsible for motivating and mentoring staff to achieve business goals. While at Devitt, Lawrence also focused on maintaining KPI targets and maximizing renewal and upsell opportunities.

In 2017, Lawrence transitioned to REG Technologies, where they held various positions, including Platform Engagement Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Implementation & Customer Service Manager. As the Platform Engagement Manager, they helped ensure that REG became the central hub for Broker/Agency management in the UK by facilitating quick and effective registration and activation for prospective members.

Throughout their career, Lawrence has demonstrated strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on achieving business targets.

Lawrence Charles attended Beal High School from 1999 to 2004, where they completed their GCSE's with a focus on Mathematics.
