Michael Phair

Michael Phair is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in finance and investment management. As the Founder, Former CEO, and Director of REG (UK) Ltd since January 2013, Michael has developed innovative cloud-based counter-party risk management solutions for the global insurance industry. In addition, Michael serves as Chairman for Middlefield Canadian Income PCC, a London Stock Exchange-listed closed-end fund focused on a diversified portfolio primarily in Canada. Previous roles include Managing Member at Boston Capital Management (VP) LLC, Director at Esencia Group, and various senior positions at prominent financial institutions such as Bear Stearns, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, UBS Investment Bank, N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd, and the International Finance Corporation. Michael holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA (Hons) from Western University.
