Marshall Smith

Marshall Smith serves as a Board Observer for Fispoke™ and as Managing Director at First Rate Ventures, guiding corporate venture capital strategy in WealthTech. As co-founder of both WealthTech Strategy Partners and The Founders Arena, Smith focuses on advisory roles and accelerator program development for WealthTech companies. Additionally, Smith is a strategic advisor and investor for OWL ESG, Inc. and ListButler AI, and has been involved as a seed stage investor with RegAlytics. At First Rate, Inc., Smith has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer, driving innovative solutions in investment performance and reporting. Smith is also a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., participating in a CEO peer advisory group. Academic credentials include a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
