We are the only structured support ecosystem purpose-built for women small business leaders in food and beverage in Greater Los Angeles and Southern California. Our 1,415+ members, 72.2% women of color, collectively employ 82,500 workers, reach 14.6 million customers annually, and represent a $715M economic engine. 

We move neighborhood anchors from survival to scale through our C.A.R.E. framework: Capital, Access, Resources, and Exposure.

In 2025, our members held a 19.5% closure rate against a 30% industry average. We hosted 37 free events and generated $1.1M+ through strategic connections. Our Women's History Month Festival activated 261 businesses across 25 LA neighborhoods, reaching 29K+ diners and generating $664K in community economic impact. When the LA wildfires hit, we mobilized $120K in emergency grants to 12 businesses. Every $10K granted generated $40,200 in local economic activity. 75% say it saved them from permanent closure.

96% of members say we built their resiliency. 78% report measurable business growth.
