Bolakale Mallick is a seasoned legal and tech professional with extensive experience in the FinTech sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Startbutton Africa since May 2022, Bolakale leads initiatives to empower users in launching and scaling businesses across Africa. As a Founding Partner at Regcompass Consults and Of Counsel at TNP, Bolakale provides expert legal and compliance advice on anti-money laundering, risk management, and cybersecurity regulations related to the FinTech ecosystem. Previous roles include Financial Crimes Compliance Lead at Paystack and Associate positions at Infusion Lawyers and Michaelmas Chambers, where Bolakale focused on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Bolakale holds a Master's in Cyberlaw from the University of Lagos and has a strong foundation in computer engineering and information technology from earlier roles.
