Matt Winters is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in sales management and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Team Lead at RegDesk since April 2024, Matt previously held roles at eHire as Search Director and Project Services Lead, as well as IT Sales and Marketing Recruiter. Prior experience includes positions as Account Manager at LMi and MyProgrammer, Inc., and Regional Account Manager at Avnet, where expertise focused on selling software, hardware, and services to enterprise customers. Matt has also worked in various account management roles at notable companies including HP Software, Micro Focus, Borland, Rewards Network, IBM, and Intrim Financial.
