Regen is not “just another” recruitment agency. We are a forward-thinking recruitment business that challenges the traditional methods of the industry.

Priding ourselves on our ability to build relationships, we are not sales robots bound by KPIs trying to fit the square peg in the round hole. We are people who work with people and have a little fun on the way.

Our unrivalled knowledge and experience will help you find the right calibre of person at every level. Specialising in the Property Services, Construction and Facilities Management sectors, we work with our clients and candidates to ensure every goal is met. Regen partners with the industry’s leading contractors on a national and regional basis as well as numerous local authorities and housing associations across the country.

We pride ourselves in providing high-quality, unparalleled customer service to both clients and candidates. Every consultant is dedicated to building long lasting and trusted relationships with our clients and candidates, allowing us to become a genuine recruitment partner. Recruitment is the business of ‘people’ and at Regen, we put people first.

Regen likes to challenge the status quo. We have a real passion for quality and making a difference.
Recruitment has always had a stigma attached to it and we want to change that. We are not claiming to be reinventing the wheel, but things do not have to be done in the same way they have always been. At Regen we want to bring our personality as well as experience to the table. We also want to be able to give a little back, find out more at Regen Support - https://regensolutions.co.uk/regen-support/
