We offer a variety of delivery approaches including Agency Based and At-Risk Construction Management, Design/Build, Owner/Agent Representative Services, and General Contracting. Regency also provides adjunct support services such as scheduling, estimating, constructability review and BIM related services to clients during the design phases of their programs to identify project costs and projected timelines.
