Sofia Brydges

Sofia Brydges has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sofia is currently working as a Project Manager at Regency Lighting since November 2022. Previously, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at Digital Lumens Incorporated from September 2020 to October 2021.

Before that, Sofia worked at Regency Lighting as a Supervisor from October 2014 to September 2020. In this role, they supported multiple sales reps and books of business, managed a team of 9 through team building and coaching, and maintained strong customer and vendor relations.

Sofia also worked as an External Consultant at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation and Institute in September and October 2019.

Earlier in their career, Sofia was an Operations Manager at The Decurion Corporation from April 2006 to October 2013. In this role, they directed field operations, led employee groups, managed financial goals and business results, and achieved exceeding annual financial revenues while handling departmental budgets effectively.

Sofia Brydges pursued their education at California State University, Northridge, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management between 2008 and 2011. Subsequently, they continued their academic journey at California Lutheran University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2017 to 2020.
