Britney Pennington

Director of Process Development

Britney Pennington is the Director of Process Development at Regenerative Patch Technologies, where they focus on developing cryopreserved cellular therapies for age-related macular degeneration. They received a Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Biomolecular Science and Engineering and graduated summa cum laude from the Florida Institute of Technology with a double major in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. In addition to their research, they are committed to public outreach, encouraging young students to pursue STEM fields. Britney has also held various teaching and research roles, including serving as an adjunct professor and a summer researcher at notable institutions.
