Allen Lu

Allen Lu, MBA, PMP, is a Biotech Program Manager with a strong commitment to improving lives through science and innovation, bringing over 16 years of experience in various roles across the biotech field. They served as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, researching diabetes and obesity, and developed automated imaging methods during their tenure as a Postbaccalaureate Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health. At Regeneron, Allen has advanced from Consultant to Associate Director, leveraging their expertise in project management to drive successful product launches, including COVID-19 Serology Panels. Allen holds multiple degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Maryland, with academic distinctions throughout their education. Currently, they are pursuing a Global Technology Entrepreneurship Fellowship at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
