Andy Workman

Andy Workman is an experienced clinical operations leader currently serving as Director of Clinical Operations in Early Development at Regeneron since December 2022. Prior to this role, Andy spent a decade at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, where responsibilities included overseeing early-phase clinical development in ophthalmology and respiratory therapeutic areas, and leading First In Human and Proof of Concept trials across various disciplines. Prior to Novartis, Andy worked at Biogen Idec as a Senior Clinical Manager, managing late-stage trials in neurology and immunology, and held positions at Ophthalmic Research Associates focusing on ophthalmic trials. Andy's academic credentials include an MBA in Health Sector Management & Entrepreneurship from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Economics from Bowdoin College.
