Principal Scientist

Augustine Choy is a Principal Scientist at Regeneron since July 2013, focusing on preclinical development of antibody and cell-based therapeutics for viral diseases and cancers. Previous roles include Scientist and Postdoctoral Associate, where Augustine Choy investigated the peptide repertoire produced by the thymoproteasome to identify pan-T cell activating peptides. Augustine Choy earned a Ph.D. in Immunology from Yale University from 2008 to 2013, where research centered on host immune evasion mechanisms by Legionella pneumophila, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2008.
