Bailey Rick

Bailey Rick possesses extensive experience in the mechanical and process industries, currently serving as the Owner Representative for Mechanical Consultation & Oversight Services at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 2019. Prior to this role, Bailey retired from Total Facility Solutions after holding various positions, including Mechanical Chief Estimator and Regional Operations Manager overseeing the Eastern Region's operations in micro-electronics, life science, renewable energy, and mission-critical projects. Bailey's career also includes significant tenures as a Journeyman Pipefitter with UA Local 7 Plumbers & Steamfitters and managing roles at Washington Group International and Raytheon Constructors, focusing on industrial processes. Educationally, Bailey completed an apprenticeship with UA Local 7, earning the designation of Journeyman Pipefitter.
