Chia U.

Chia U. is a Senior R&D Specialist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they focus on developing and validating biological and small molecule assays. With a proven background in molecular biology, microbiology, and analytical chemistry, Chia has extensive experience in designing and optimizing in vitro assays across various roles, including positions at Acorda Therapeutics and Penwest Pharmaceuticals. They previously held internships in R&D at Unilever, contributing to the formulation and stability testing of cosmetic products. Chia is currently pursuing degrees at both Southern Connecticut State University and the University of Connecticut.
