Dan McLaughlin

Dan McLaughlin is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Access Services and Reimbursement at Regeneron, Dan leads a full budget and staffing responsibility for a team of approximately 142 individuals. Dan has significant cross-functional experience in sales, marketing, and reimbursement, and has successfully launched over 12 brands in various therapeutic fields. Prior roles include positions at MedImmune, Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, and Fujisawa, where Dan demonstrated expertise in market access, strategic planning, and team leadership. Dan holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from St. Joseph's University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Scranton.
