Gilbert Voy

Gilbert Voy currently serves as the Head of Global IP Litigation at Regeneron since January 2024, following an extensive career at Eli Lilly and Company where roles included Senior Vice President - Deputy General Patent Counsel for IP Litigation and Vice President for IP Procurement. In these positions, Gilbert Voy led global IP litigation efforts and managed patent procurement functions, influencing Lilly's business strategy while overseeing significant budgets and teams. Additionally, Gilbert Voy held the role of Senior Director Assistant General Patent Counsel for the BioMedicines Bioproducts division, where management of the intellectual property portfolio for biologics took place. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Doctor of Law degree from Indiana University Robert H.
