James Scully is a Principal Process Engineer in Computational Sciences at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since March 2018, specializing in the development of digital twins for upstream and downstream processes using multiphase CFD and mechanistic modeling techniques. Prior to this, James worked as a Research and Development Engineer at UC RUSAL from June 2010 to March 2018, focusing on multiphase CFD analysis and process optimization. James completed a PhD in Polymorphism and Computational Fluid Dynamics at the University of Limerick and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin. Early career experience includes a role as a CFD Engineer at Flaktwoods, where ventilation systems were analyzed and optimized for efficiency and safety.
