Monique Fahey

Monique Fahey is an experienced professional in supply chain management and distribution operations, currently serving as the Director of Distribution Operations at Regeneron since September 2023. Previously, Monique held various leadership roles at Gilead Sciences from June 2017 to September 2023, including Associate Director of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Manager. Prior to Gilead, Monique worked at Shire as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist from February 2010 to June 2017, and at Pfizer as a Supply Chain Specialist from February 2005 to January 2010. Monique's expertise includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to address production needs, managing customer inventory, and coordinating with packaging contract manufacturing organizations. Monique holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a focus in Spanish, Accounting, and Business Management, as well as a Diploma in Purchasing Management from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght.
