Pamela Yip, CEBS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Benefits at Regeneron, co-leading the People & Culture team at Eileen Fisher, Inc. with a focus on fostering innovation and employee engagement. They have a history of managing HR functions for various organizations, including significant roles at Eileen Fisher where they oversaw a $10M budget and supported 1,300 employees globally. Pamela holds a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University and leverages their extensive experience in benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition to drive business success.
