Richard Pinella

Richard Pinella, CSP, is an Associate Director of Environment Health and Safety currently at Regeneron, having held multiple roles within the organization since 2016. Previously, Richard built and implemented critical EHS programs at Plato BioPharma and served as an HSSE Advisor at Stantec. Richard earned a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Studies from Keene State College. Their extensive experience includes managing safety teams, developing training programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance in various environments.
