Rob Lustig has extensive experience in payroll and HR systems, currently serving as Associate Director of Payroll at Regeneron since November 2016, where previous roles included Senior Payroll Manager and Payroll Manager. Prior to Regeneron, Rob worked at E*TRADE as Senior Manager of HR Systems and Analytics, and had a long tenure at KBACE Technologies, holding positions as Senior Principal Consultant and Principal Consultant. Rob's experience also includes serving as Senior HRMS Functional Analyst at both Continuum Health Partners and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, as well as leading payroll implementation at The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company. Rob's educational background includes studies at SUNY New Paltz and Pearl River High School.
