ReGenesis® — Closing the Loop on Luxury Materials

ReGenesis® operates at the intersection of digital traceability and industrial transformation — collecting certified data while physically recovering, processing, and reintroducing materials into production.
We are the only solution that combines:
-Supply chain traceability
-Verified & certified data extraction (audited by KPMG and validated by Greenwich Srl
-Transformation & Integration of recycled materials at luxury standards
-Development of new materials from waste streams

What we work with: Samples, production waste, unsold inventory, and end-of-life products — across acetate, TPU, ABS, PA, leather, and textiles.

The output: Secondary Raw Material with three tangible benefits:
Industrial — Performance comparable to virgin material, fully documented and traceable
Fiscal & Regulatory — Supports tax relief on inventory, new customs codes, and compliance with CBAM and other regulations
ESG — Scope 3 emissions reduction, carbon impact calculated per ISO 14040/44, and data ready for CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and textile EPR

Our network of certified industrial Quality Points generates real-time primary data — verified by third parties, audit-ready, and fully compliant with CSRD, CSDDD, and EU Taxonomy requirements.
This isn't a future possibility. It's an operational flow - today.
