regening is working to create a society that is sustainable and equitable by design; a society in which we have remembered who we are – not consumers of nature but nature itself and hence subject to its rhythms, cycles and laws.

This is about creating the conditions in which a fundamentally different story of who we are can be born.

regening sees its role as that of catalyst – building capacity for regenerative action through weaving networks, nurturing knowledge and skills, shifting mindsets, deepening emotional connection to the natural world, exploring the systemic roots of inequity, strengthening decision-making and governance and generally unlocking possibility.

Beyond this, regening also wants to inform, support and contribute to dialogue around the more systemic changes needed to move us towards regenerative futures.

How Might regening Support Your Work?
In addition to pursuing its own projects, regening is open to working with community groups, non-profits and businesses who want to help people, place and planet thrive together, i.e. what is often called regenerative work.

We would love to support you to build the skills, capacity, confidence and resources to make a deeper contribution and to keep doing so long into the future.

No matter where you are on your journey there are certain practical supports that will help you towards the next milestone.

These include:
- Facilitating: helping you hold conversations that unlock potential;
- Coaching & mentoring: walking alongside those leading the work, including supporting with decision-making and governance structures;
- Training: growing the necessary skills, capacity and knowledge base;
- Storytelling: helping you draw out your own stories;
- Delivering projects: from planning to management and implementation – getting things done;
- Evaluating: What do we hope will change because of our work? How might we tell?
- Fiscal hosting & administration for unincorporated groups.
