Patrick Devitt has over 6 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Patrick started their career as a Development Analyst at Cape Point Development in May 2014 and worked there until March 2015. Patrick then joined Regent Properties as an Executive Vice President: Investments in February 2015, where they are currently responsible for sourcing and analyzing potential acquisitions and managing large capital projects across the portfolio.
Patrick Devitt earned a BA degree in the School of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. Patrick later pursued an MBA degree at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Patrick obtained a LEED AP certification from the USGBC National Capital Region in June 2007.

Regent Properties manages a variety of investment vehicles, including comingled funds and separate accounts, on behalf of a sophisticated institutional investor base. Regent's assets under management are approximately $2.5 billion as of 3/9/2022.
