Jared Smith

Jared Smith, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of biotech and gene therapy. Jared currently serves as a Principal Scientist at REGENXBIO Inc., leading a team in developing AAV-based approaches to gene therapy for various diseases. Jared'sresponsibilities include conducting pre-clinical animal studies, collaborating on platform development projects, and supporting clinical candidate IND submissions. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Scientist at the same company, specializing in AAV-based gene therapies for diseases of the central nervous system.
