Reggora hires Paul Deeley, Emma Brudner in leadership roles
Software company Reggora has added two new leaders to its executive team, naming Paul Deeley as Chief Financial Officer and Emma Brudner Head of People Strategy. Mr. Deeley will be responsible for all financial, legal, operational, and human resource functions, while Ms. Deeley will lead Reggora’s people and culture operations when she joins the company on November 23, 2020. "The addition of both Paul and Emma could not come at a better time for Reggora," said CEO Brian Zitin. "Paul's expertise in not only finance, but also corporate operations and leadership will be vital as we continue to grow even faster in 2021. Emma's experience in people strategy and development will help us create optimal growth and work experiences for our people—our most important asset." Mr. Deeley has 25 years of financial, administrative and operational experience, focusing on tech and services sectors. A qualified CPA, he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at data quality software company Validity. "I am excited to join Reggora as CFO to help the company continue to grow and execute on its strategic plan," said Mr. Deeley. "Reggora has a talented team and tremendous potential. I look forward to putting my background and skills to work to help the company scale and realize its goals." Ms. Brudner has more than 10 years of experience as a professional in people operations and marketing spaces. She most recently served as a Senior Manager of the Office and Experience team at Klaviyo, and has also held leadership roles at Lola.com and HubSpot.
