Sofie Elm

Sofie Elm is currently a Beredskapssamordnare and säkerhetsskyddschef at Kumla kommun, a position held since 2019. In previous roles, they served as a Föredragande and Notarie at Domstolsverket from 1999 to 2001 and held various security-focused positions at Kriminalvården from 2011 to 2018, including security expert and project leader. Sofie has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at Örebro universitet in 2004. They completed their juristexamen at Lund University from 1989 to 1997, alongside several additional qualifications in project management and security from various institutions.
