Sofia Birk

Sofia Birk is currently the HR Director at Region Uppsala, where they focus on integrating HR into operational systems and building partnerships with managers. Previously, Sofia held various HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner at Posten Logistik AB and HR Chief at Täby kommun, where they enhanced strategic HR practices and contributed to organizational development. Sofia earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Linköping University and also studied Labor Law at Luleå University of Technology.
