Peter M. Andersen

Peter M. Andersen is a board-certified neurologist and professor at the Department of Neurology, Umeå University Hospital in Sweden. They have extensive experience in patient care and clinical research, focusing on Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and related neurodegenerative conditions. Since 1992, Peter has directed the ALS Clinical Care Team at Umeå University Hospital and has actively conducted research on ALS, aiming to enhance the understanding of genetic factors affecting brain diseases.
