At RCP, we’re more than a pageant — we’re a glamorous, all-encompassing journey of self-discovery and growth for Canadian girls and women of all ages. With over 20 years of pageant management and production experience, we are pleased to offer this affordable Canada wide empowerment program dedicated to recognizing the value, worth, and potential of women and girls across the country

Our program is uniquely designed to inspire personal development while nurturing confidence and a strong sense of self-worth. We believe that each participant brings her own potential, and we’re here to help uncover and strengthen it.

Our empowerment-based pageant experience provides opportunities for team building and interpersonal skill development through workshops led by professional experts. These experiences are aimed at fostering essential life skills that help contestants find and use their voice both onstage and beyond.

Through RCP, participants not only learn to find their voice but are also encouraged to confidently express it in ways that uplift themselves and those around them.

As a registered non-profit, all entry fees directly support event production, scholarships, and participant resources. Our ten titleholders receive $1,000 cash scholarships and gifts from our sponsors, making RCP Canada’s most accessible and meaningful scholarship-based pageant program.
