Ali Maher

Ali (Alexandra) Maher currently serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer Deposit Products and Payments at Regions Bank, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Ali held various prominent roles, including Chair of the Deposits & Payments Committee at the Consumer Bankers Association from 2020 to 2023 and Vice President/General Manager at American Express during the same period. Experience also includes senior leadership positions at Truist and SunTrust Bank, focusing on deposits and payments strategy and solutions. Ali began a career in product management with roles at CompuCredit and CGI Business Consulting. Educationally, Ali holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Bank Management from the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
