Catherine Such has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing, holding senior positions in corporate banking, commercial real estate, and the public sector. They served as the Deputy Executive Director at Home Forward, overseeing significant housing services and policy development, and currently teach a graduate-level course in Affordable Housing Finance at Portland State University. At Regions Bank, they have advanced from President of Regions Affordable Housing to Head of Operations, managing a substantial tax credit investment portfolio.
