Greg Sweeney

Greg Sweeney is currently the Vice President and Learning Architect at Regions Bank, where they focus on developing learning strategies for a five-year cloud transformation and driving culture change in Operations & Technology learning engagement. With a background as a Senior Nuclear Instructor at Progress Energy, Greg pioneered e-Learning standards and contributed to the National Academy for Nuclear Training Steering Committee. Their previous roles include Manager of Global Technical Training at Crane Fluid Handling and Learning Organization Architect at Yamaha Motor Corporation, where they aligned training initiatives with business strategies. Greg also served as Senior Project Manager at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, managing e-Learning courses for over 300,000 students. They hold a Bachelor's degree from Ringling College of Art and Design and a certificate from the National Academy for Nuclear Training.
