Janel Taylor

Janel Taylor is an accomplished senior leader in learning and development and human resources with over 15 years of experience in strategic HR roles. At Regions Bank, from January 2018 to September 2023, Janel served as Senior Vice President of Learning and Development Strategy and Talent Management, overseeing key initiatives for a workforce of 20,000 associates, and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of HR Operations. Earlier experience includes significant roles at BBVA Compass, where Janel developed talent initiatives and managed a human resources call center. Janel began a career in recruitment at IKON Office Solutions. Janel holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from the Texas McCombs School of Business and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University.
