John Turner serves as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Regions Financial Corporation, one of the nation’s largest regional banks. With a banking career spanning from positions at AmSouth Bank and Hancock Whitney to leadership at Regions, John has exemplified the belief that strong relationships and communities are interconnected. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in economics, John continues to contribute to the university as a trustee for its foundation. Additionally, John actively supports community development by serving on various boards aimed at enhancing lives and opportunities in the region.
