Jonathan Seyferth

Jonathan Seyferth is currently a Special Assets Manager II at KeyBank, with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. They previously served as an Underwriter at Merchants Bank of Indiana, where they were responsible for overseeing the underwriting of over $1.1 billion in loans for multifamily and senior living properties. Jonathan's background includes roles as a Credit Underwriter at Texas Capital Bank and an Underwriting Analyst at Hunt Real Estate Capital. They hold a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Cincinnati.
