Matthew Record has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and executive search within various industries. Matthew began a career at UBS as an Accounting Associate, managing complex billing for multiple regions. Subsequently, Matthew joined Spencer Stuart, serving as a Regional Executive Search Auditor and Corporate Web Auditor, focusing on reviewing executive candidates' profiles and sourcing talent globally. Since July 2017, Matthew has been with Regions Bank, first as a Talent Sourcing Partner and later advancing to Talent Sourcing Lead, where responsibilities include identifying top talent for diverse banking sectors, including executive leadership and information technology. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by an academic semester abroad at Birkbeck, University of London.
