Randall Shields

Randall Shields currently serves as the Corporate Security Systems Manager and Vice President, Senior Field Investigator at Regions Bank since July 2013, after holding the position of Project Manager for Regions Bank at Security Engineers, Inc. from October 2012 to July 2013. Prior to this, Randall spent over 25 years with the City of Hoover as a Police Lieutenant before retirement. Additionally, Randall has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, including Faulkner University, Jefferson State Community College, ITT Technical Institute, and Herzing University, from 2005 to 2011. Randall holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/History from the same institution.
