Todd Jarman

Todd Jarman is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the East Region Market Manager for the Income Property Finance Group at Regions Bank since August 2021. Prior to this role, Todd Jarman held multiple positions at BBVA in the USA from November 2009 to August 2021, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, overseeing loan origination and commercial real estate efforts in Phoenix, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. Additionally, Todd Jarman served as Director of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, from May 2000 to October 2009, and worked as a Senior Police Officer at the Athens-Clarke County Police Department from 1994 to 1998. Todd Jarman holds an MBA in Real Estate, Finance & Investments from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from The University of Georgia.
